SEEK TO BE WHOLE , NOT PERFECT
We all live in a society and there are few rules made by this so-called 'society'. People can say that they are a part of Gen-Z but are we really a part of it? When we think of a female almost 99% of us will say that a beautiful girl is fit, has a good height, and has a fair complexion but Why do we need to be a perfect person? Humans are never perfect and if we were perfect then aren't we robots?
Body shaming statistics indicate that 94% of teenage girls have been body-shamed but this ill practice is not exclusive to one gender. 65% of teenage boys have been exposed to this phenomenon. We should accept ourselves the way we are. We are beautiful in just the way we are because accepting yourself with your heart makes us what we are. We have to live our life ourselves because no one can live life for us so why should we change ourselves according to someone else's definition of perfection. There is beauty in everything it depends on the eyes and what they see.
The two words that change how we see ourselves are 'fat' and 'thin'. Why should we define ourselves with these words, can't we say that we are perfect for ourselves? Some may question that if being fat leads to more health problems then shouldn't we change ourselves? The answer is that you can there is no doubt but change yourselves when you love yourself and when you have the never give up spirit because changes don't take place with just a click of a button. It takes time and on the journey when you realize that you do not see any difference in yourself then you will give up by thinking that you are stuck in this way.
At last, I would like to say one thing there is no better you than you that you are.
